The Role

As an AI Engineer Associate, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies and be involved in projects from concept to deployment. You’ll collaborate with a team of curious engineers, data scientists, and strategists who love sharing ideas, learning from each other, and turning complex problems into elegant solutions.

Because we’re a small and multidisciplinary team, you’ll get to work across the full AI lifecycle. One day you might design a prototype for a client, the next you’re improving model performance or developing new functionality for Predli Studio. You’ll learn fast, move fast, and see the direct impact of your work.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI solutions that create real business value by applying pre-trained models in new and creative ways, especially within the rapidly evolving field of language models.
• Build and extend features in Predli Studio that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI, creating tools that empower others and deliver real wow moments.Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and data pipelines for production-ready AI systems.
• Work with cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with clients and non-technical stakeholders to translate ideas into working AI solutions.
• Explore and experiment with state-of-the-art AI tools and frameworks through internal innovation projects, keeping your skills sharp and your work at the forefront of the field.
• Participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews to exchange insights and improve our collective expertise.
  
  

Who You Are

• A curious and hands-on engineer who loves solving complex problems and turning ideas into real solutions.
• Confident in taking initiative, driving tasks forward independently, and owning your work from start to finish.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients, explaining technical concepts clearly, and contributing to discussions about product direction and priorities.
• Hold a degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and have a solid understanding of core ML principles.
• Skilled in programming across modern languages such as Python and TypeScript, and familiar with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experienced working with databases, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Familiar with MLOps concepts, automation, and cloud environments.
• Excited to work in a small, high-impact team where collaboration and fast iteration are part of daily life.
• Open, communicative, and eager to both learn from and share knowledge with your peers.
• Based in Stockholm and fluent in English at a professional level.
