When you use a Measure service, Predli AB may request personal identifiable data so that we can generate organizational insights and create personalized reports. This data might be aggregated and analyzed to better understand what makes individuals more effective members of their enterprise. Some information we may collect includes:
Your first-and last name
Your email address
Pictures of you
Login and user account information
Date of your employment
Praise given to you
Comments you write about activities and events in Measure
Information about how you feel at work
Participants may take one of multiple types of instruments provided by Measure. The information is processed so that you can log in and use the service, so that you can follow your progress and to measure at group level how you and your employees feel at your workplace. By taking a Measure survey, you may learn more about yourself and how you can increase your ability to innovate and grow professionally within your enterprise.
Data collected will be confidential and will be used to generate aggregate statistics for populations. To minimize confidentiality risks, we will store information in an encrypted, password protected, secure storage system. Please note that email communication is neither private nor secure. We may share de-identified data with collaborators. Identifiers can be removed from the identifiable private information and after such removal, the information could be used for future research studies or distributed to other investigators for future research studies without additional informed consent from the subject or the legally authorized representative.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is that the processing is necessary to offer our legitimate service, and that the processing is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of third parties (e.g. an individual’s employer) in improving the working environment for their employees. Participation in any Measure project is completely voluntary. You are free to decline to take part in the project. You are free to stop taking part in the project at any time. Whether or not you choose to participate, to answer any particular question, or continue participating in the project, there will be no penalty to you or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
Predli AB will process and store your personal data for as long as you and your employer use a Measure service and for a period of three months after the entity ceases to use Measure services, or three months after you terminate your employment with your employer.
Personal data processing that takes place with the support of Predli AB's legitimate interests according to this document does not mean that there is automated decision-making or profiling that affects you legally or otherwise to any significant degree.
We also disclose your personal data to our service providers who process personal data on our behalf. We have agreements with our service providers that ensure that they process your personal data in accordance with this document and our instructions. Examples of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information include IT companies that provide systems we use or support to us. Predli and Predli's service providers process, as a general rule, your personal data only within the EU and the EEA. Should personal data be processed outside the EU and the EEA, Predli will take measures to ensure that the personal data remains equally protected and also take the necessary measures to legally transfer personal data to countries outside the EU and the EEA by signing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Predli AB will collect and use data and information that you provide when you use the Measure service, however, all processing of the data will be handled in an aggregate manner utilizing statistical models to generate insights on cohorts and groups. All insights and information that Predli AB discloses to an employer is in anonymised form, no personal details will be presented.
