We’re looking for a master’s student passionate about intelligent agents and reinforcement learning. At Predli, you’ll be part of a small, ambitious team that explores how next-generation AI systems can learn, adapt, and perform in complex environments. Your thesis will connect to our ongoing work with Predli Studio and help shape how we design and evaluate AI agent behaviors in practice.
If you’re curious, analytical, and excited to work hands-on with applied reinforcement learning, this is your chance to create real impact.
Predli is an AI company focused on transforming how organizations use artificial intelligence in the real world. We combine strategy, engineering, and research to help businesses, from startups to global enterprises, design and deploy AI systems that solve meaningful problems.
Our platform, Predli Studio, enables teams to create and manage their own AI solutions with flexibility and control. It’s also the foundation for many of our internal innovation projects and research explorations, making it an ideal environment for thesis work that connects theory with practice.
We’re a small, global team based in Stockholm (Waterfront Building), with colleagues in Delhi and Nice. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and researchers, have a real voice in what you create, and see the impact of your work first-hand.
We’re looking for a master’s student interested in exploring how reinforcement learning environments can be designed and optimized to train and evaluate AI agents.
This thesis will focus on the development of advanced RL scenarios that challenge agent adaptability, generalization and decision-making under uncertainty, providing valuable insights into the capabilities and limitations of current RL approaches.
You’ll collaborate with our engineers and researchers to define a clear scope that fits both your academic requirements and our ongoing applied AI work at Predli. Depending on your interests, the thesis can be more research-oriented, implementation-focused, or a mix of both.
At Predli, curiosity and openness are at the core of how we work. We collaborate closely across disciplines, research, engineering, and strategy, sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and learning from each other every day. Because we’re a small and ambitious team, your voice will be heard, your work will matter, and your ideas will have real impact.
Send us a short description of your thesis idea or area of interest, along with your CV and contact information. If you don’t have a defined topic yet, that’s perfectly fine - we’ll explore potential directions together.
